What are your prices?
Our starting prices are listed on the order form. Once we review your submission, we’ll provide a final quote tailored to your order.
What is your process for ordering a cake?
You can place an order by filling out an online order form, reaching out through social media, or sending an email. We will typically get back within 24 hours!
How far in advance should I place my cake order?
It is recommend to place an order as soon as you have a date in mind, especially for custom designs or larger cakes. However, we may be able to accommodate last-minute orders depending on my schedule and availability with a 10% rush fee.
Do you offer delivery or pickup options?
Yes, we offer both delivery and pickup options. Delivery fees vary depending on the distance and time of day, while pickup is free.
How do I pay for my cake order?
We require full payment to confirm your order. Payment is accepted via Venmo, ApplePay, and Zelle.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan cake?
We are able to accomodate gluten-free for certain flavors. Unfortunately, we do not cater vegan friendly options at the moment.
What is your cancellation policy?
If for any reason you have to cancel your booking, the payment is non-refundable. However, for orders canceled 72+ hours in advance, we can discuss compensation options. This policy is in place to ensure that I am compensated for the time and resources I have allocated towards your order.
